How to submit request?

  • Contact our support team at support@allaboutvibe.com
  • Include your order number, email address, and reason for return

What items are non-returnable ? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products
  • Gift cards
  • Gift bags

What items are returnable? 

  • Non custom products are returnable 
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

The item I received is damaged!

If the product received was damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date, we will gladly ship a replacement.

Cancelation Policy.

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours for full refund
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours will receive store credit for full amount 

What are the refund options?

The following refund option is supported

  • Items that are eligible for return may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Excluded items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
