Every single one of our pillows is a little piece of art, handcrafted with love and top-notch materials by our amazing artisan team right here in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Order Information
Can I change my originally submitted image?
Once an order is received, it immediately enters our fulfillment process. To maintain a smooth production flow, we’re unable to make changes to the image after submission. If you’d like to use a different image, we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one.
I didn't receive an email confirmation. Was my order placed?
If you hit the order confirmation page, rest easy—your order is snugly tucked in with us. But if our confirmation email is playing hard to get, let’s solve the mystery together! 🕵️♀️

What are your image requirements?
We’re all about making your custom-shaped pillows pop! While we take almost all file formats (sorry, no GIFs or MP4s), snapping your photo with a smartphone will do the trick. For the best results, aim for bright, clear shots in high resolution. Think vibrant, detailed, and smile-sparking—the sharper, the better to capture all those fun details for your pillow masterpiece! 📸✨
How do I check my order status?

Can I send the pillow as a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just pop your lucky recipient’s shipping address into the delivery details at checkout. Oh, and don’t forget to untick the “Use shipping address as billing address” box in the payment section, so you can sneakily enter your own billing details.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most of our standard orders that ship within the Contiguous United States cozy up at your doorstep within 4-8 business days from the date you make the purchase. We hustle to get your custom goodies crafted in about 3-5 business days.
NOTE: Orders that are shipped outside of the Contiguous United States have longer transit times and delivery may vary based on the destination.
Need your order faster? No problem! Opt for our Expedited or Overnight services and have your treasures arrive in just 2-4 business days for an additional charge.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We’re teaming up with USPS to whisk your orders to your doorstep! At checkout, you get to pick how quickly you’d like your goodies to arrive. Just choose your delivery method and we’ll take care of the rest! 📦✨

What sizes are your pillows?
Our custom-sized pillows come in a variety of size options, ranging from our 10” mini to our impressive 60” lifesize. The standard sizes we offer are 16 inches for small, 22 inches for medium, and 30 inches for large.
But here’s a fun tip: you can see the actual dimensions tailored to your unique image by uploading your picture, selecting your desired size, and clicking the first button under “Change View” on our product page. This way, you can visualize how your custom pillow will look in the size you choose!
How do I care for my pillow?
We recommend spot cleaning for all of our pillows. If you think your pillow is in need of some TLC, we suggest washing your pillows in cold water to preserve their colors. Wash and dry your pillows on a gentle wash cycle and on the lowest heat setting possible. For more information please click here.
What are your pillows made of?
Our pillows are made of 100% soft velvet polyester fabric and polyester fill. We print your images onto our fabric using Epson printers and ink.
Return policy
We take pride in crafting each and every one of our pillows to your exact specifications. As a result, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. However, we are happy to offer a free replacement or store credit for the full amount. We value your satisfaction and look forward to providing you with a product that you'll love.
Can you customize the pillow with my specific design?
Absolutely! Your dream design can totally become a snuggle-ready reality. Just upload your special image, and if it needs a little tweak here or there to make it perfect, let us know in the “Mock-Up Needs Fixing?” field. We’re here to sprinkle some magic and make sure your pillow is just the way you want it!
Will I be able to see what my custom image would look like?
Absolutely! When you upload your image for a custom pillow, you’ll now see a snazzy digital mock-up right on the product page. Get excited because you can view the total dimensions, spin it around for a 360-degree look, and even switch up the background color to see your pillow in different moods!
Just a heads up, the final production colors and granulation might vary a bit. Since devices like phones, laptops, and desktops all display colors differently, and everyone sees these colors uniquely, there might be a slight variation between your screen and the finished pillow. But don’t worry, we strive to make your custom creation as lifelike and vibrant as possible!
Are your pillows safe?
Our pillows are proudly hand-made by artisan craftsmen and craftswomen using high-quality materials. Our products underwent rigorous testing to ensure our Prop 65 compliance.
